At Inika Health, we strive to maintain the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the consumable nature of our products, our cancellation and refund policies are limited. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately at [support@inikahealth.com] or call us at [Insert number] with your order ID.

⚠️ Once the order is shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

1.2 After Dispatch

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • If delivery is refused or undelivered due to an incorrect address, shipping charges for re-delivery will apply.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Situations

Due to safety and hygiene concerns, we do not offer refunds or returns in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product.

  • Taste preferences or personal dislike of the product.

  • Delayed delivery caused by third-party courier services.

  • Product dissatisfaction not caused by physical damage or missing items.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

3.1 Reporting an Issue

If you receive a package with:

  • Damaged or broken items

  • Missing product(s)

  • Tampered packaging

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

3.2 How to Report

Send an email to [support@inikahealth.com] with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photo/video proof of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Product(s) received

    • Invoice slip inside the package

3.3 Resolution Process

Once we receive and verify the issue:

  • We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund (only if applicable).

  • Our team will respond within 3–5 working days after investigation.

⚠️ Claims without proper proof or delayed reporting beyond 24 hours will not be eligible for resolution.


4. Refund Method (if applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer after collecting necessary account details.


5. Important Notes

  • Inika Health reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns if fraud or misuse is suspected.

  • This policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of the company and will be updated on our website with an effective date.
