5. Order Confirmation & Shipping

  • Order confirmation is subject to:

    • Successful payment processing

    • Inventory availability

  • Once confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS with shipping and tracking details.

  • Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary based on your location and courier partner constraints.

6. Cancellation, Return & Refunds

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the consumable nature of our products.

  • Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images/video.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Delay by courier partners

    • Change of mind or personal taste preference
