At Inika Health, we are committed to delivering your wellness products safely, efficiently, and with full transparency. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines all key details regarding shipping charges, timelines, tracking, and related responsibilities.


1. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise specified on the product page or during checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pin codes without any extra fee.

  • For special delivery options (e.g., express or bulk orders), additional charges may apply and will be communicated during checkout.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours from the time of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 business days

  • Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

⚠️ Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS and/or email.

  • You can use the provided tracking link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

  • If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours of order placement, please reach out to our support team.


4. Delays and Disruptions

While we strive for timely delivery, Inika Health is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party courier partners

  • Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, lockdowns, or accidents

  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability at delivery time

We will, however, provide complete support in:

  • Tracking the delayed package

  • Coordinating with logistics partners

  • Re-shipping (if necessary and applicable)


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Customer unavailability

    • Repeated failed delivery attempts
      Then:

    • The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

    • Re-shipping charges will apply if you request a re-delivery


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Risk Management

Inika Health reserves the right to:

  • Cancel COD orders if delivery location is deemed high-risk by our courier partners.

  • Request order confirmation via phone or WhatsApp for COD orders to reduce delivery fraud.

  • Convert COD to prepaid if multiple failed COD attempts are flagged from a customer account.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. For international orders, please contact our support team for custom arrangements (if available).


8. Packaging & Hygiene Standards

  • All orders are packed in tamper-proof, secure packaging to ensure hygiene and freshness.

  • Products are handled and shipped following strict quality and sanitation protocols.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will raise a formal investigation with the courier partner and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
